2-3 meals per day at $5-$10 per meal.

This comes down to personal preference, and will vary accordingly.

Shots
Shots for Hep A+B, Typhoid, MMR, DPT + Polio shots and Malaria medication.
Approximate costs: $191-$286 (depending on what you require).
