For two weeks from the 25th of June to the 10th of July 2011, Newlife will be taking a team of around 12 young adults to Cambodia for a mission trip.

For the vast majority of the trip, the team will be based in Battambang, Cambodia’s second largest city in the beautiful north-western region of the country.

The team will be partnering with an organisation called YWAM (Youth With A Mission), where Stuart Hershell-Adair (a previous Newlife member), will act as our liaison.

While based in Battambang, the team will take part in social justice and ministry projects alongside YWAM which can include medical provision, building and construction, technology assistance, education projects, and also working with those affected by sex trafficking.

The actual activities that we will be taking part in while in Cambodia will be catered to the particular team’s passion, skill set, and areas of interest.
